One of the most difficult things at the time of a bereavement is working out who can help both at the time of the loss and during the grief that follows long after the funeral activity has concluded.  The Good Grief Trust are an umbrella organisation run by the bereaved for the bereaved.  They aim to offer 'help and hope in one place' for the future when the present time feels pretty hopeless.
